What is Wisad?
Wisad is a video Library and publishing workspace. Upload once, publish to your website or storefront, reuse the same video on social channels, and measure playback.
Can I upload videos I already have?
Yes. Uploading finished MP4, MOV, or WebM files is the primary workflow. You do not need to generate a video with AI.
Where can I publish a video?
Publish to a custom website, supported Salla, Shopify, or Zid storefront, a Wisad hosted page, or supported social channels.
Does Wisad support Arabic?
Yes. Wisad supports Arabic and English product copy, publishing controls, and right-to-left layouts.
What happens when I replace a video file?
Wisad creates a new version under the same video identity. Existing publication history and analytics remain attached to the canonical video.
How does optional AI generation work?
You can request three free ideas, edit one, then generate one fixed 10-second vertical video. A successful finished video is recorded at 149 SAR including VAT.
Do failed AI generations create usage?
No. Usage is recorded only after the complete video, music mix, and final output succeed.
Do publications expose my storage URLs?
No. The player requests a short-lived playback session before receiving playback information. Public playback remains origin-restricted.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan as your needs grow, or cancel before the next renewal. Your current plan remains available until the end of its paid billing period.
