1. Who we are

Wisad ("we", "us") operates wisad.co, a video generation platform for Saudi small and medium enterprises. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, app, and related services.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, preferred language, and organization details you provide at signup.
• Business sources: URLs you paste (Ma'roof, Salla, menus, Instagram, websites) and metadata we extract from public pages.
• Brand assets: logos, colors, fonts, WhatsApp numbers, and CTAs you upload to your brand kit.
• Generated content: videos, captions, hashtags, and render logs produced by the platform.
• Payment data: billing name, last four digits of card, and transaction IDs from our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage analytics: page views, feature usage, render success/failure rates, and device/browser metadata.

3. How we use your information

We use collected data to operate the service, render your videos, improve templates, process subscriptions, send transactional emails, and provide support. We do not sell your business data to third parties.

4. Source URLs and public content

When you submit a business URL, Wisad fetches publicly available content to build a video brief. You confirm you have the right to use that content for marketing. We cache extracted data to speed up regenerations and may retain it while your account is active.

5. Generated videos and ownership

You retain ownership of videos generated from your business data. Wisad receives a limited license to host, process, and display previews required to operate the service — including private outreach preview pages you authorize.

6. Data retention & deletion

Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated videos by contacting hello@wisad.co.

7. Third-party processors

We use Supabase (database & auth), Cloudflare (hosting), Moyasar (payments), and video rendering providers. Each processor is bound by contractual data protection obligations appropriate to their role.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at hello@wisad.co and we will respond within 30 days.
